The sixth annual Picnic in Your Park, hosted by our Friends Advisory Board, will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026. Enjoy a delicious catered picnic lunch at your leisure in our hometown national park while listening to live entertainment and taking in iconic views of the Gateway Arch.

Picnic in Your Park, Gateway Arch Park Foundation’s signature fundraiser, raises awareness and critical support for our mission of conservation, preservation, education, and community programming. Community support is vital to keep Gateway Arch National Park a vibrant, welcoming, and well cared for space not just today, but for years to come.

We can't wait for you to join us at Picnic in Your Park! You'll be able to choose between a classic basket, which includes a Foundation basket and light picnic lunch, or upgrade to a deluxe basket featuring a 4-course lunch and comfortable picnic blanket. Scroll below for full menu details*.

Deluxe Basket

Each Deluxe Basket comes with a Foundation picnic basket, blanket, and a 4-course picnic lunch:

Classic Basket

Each Classic Basket comes with a Foundation picnic basket and light picnic lunch:

apple, harvarti cheese & tarragon mayonnaise (on the side)
accompanied with fresh fruit, housemade deli chips, tortellini & balsamic grilled vegetable salad
seasonal dessert duo

Kids' meals are available as add-ons for all basket reservations!

Basket Pricing

Ticket Information 

  • Deluxe Basket Single: $175- includes picnic basket, blanket, 4-course meal for 1 adult, and beverages. 
  • Deluxe Basket for 2: $225- includes picnic basket, blanket, 4-course meal for 2 adults, and beverages. 
  • Deluxe Basket Family: $250- includes picnic basket, blanket, 4-course meal for 2 adults, meals for 2 children, and beverages. 
    Please note that $100 of each Deluxe Basket ticket is tax deductible.
  • Classic Basket Single: $125- includes picnic basket, meal for 1 adult, and beverages. 
  • Classic Basket for 2: $175- includes picnic basket, meals for 2 adults, and beverages. 
  • Classic Basket Family: $200- picnic basket, meals for 2 adults, meals for 2 children, and beverages. 
    Please note that $90 of each Classic Basket ticket is tax deductible.
  • Add an additional kid's meal to any basket: $15
  • Vegetarian options are available for all baskets upon request.

Community

Perhaps more than anything else, Gateway Arch Park Foundation is most known to St. Louisans as the host of two of the biggest, non-sports-related annual events in Downtown St. Louis: Blues at the Arch and Winterfest. These two signature events bring tens of thousands of people to Gateway Arch National Park and Kiener Plaza each year. They also support dozens of local businesses, artists and entrepreneurs, and boost economic activity in Downtown St. Louis. 

Gateway Arch Park Foundation is also proud to host Sunrise Yoga, our weekly yoga series held in the heart of St. Louis - Kiener Plaza - during the summertime. This series is free and open to the public thanks to supporters like you.

What's a picnic without a little fun?

While you enjoy your delicious picnic lunch and the beautiful sights of Gateway Arch National Park, you'll also be treated to one of St. Louis' favorite bands, The Red and Black Brass Band!

We will also have on-site activities to enhance your experience, including bags, build-an-arch, and a caricature artist.

Discounted Cardinals Tickets

Celebrate the Occasion with Cardinals Baseball Tickets!

As a thank you for your Picnic in Your Park basket purchase, we've teamed up with the St. Louis Cardinals to offer all Picnic attendees the opportunity to receive an exclusive discount on tickets for any Cardinals vs. Reds game from June 5 to 7 and any Cardinals vs. Rockies game from August 7 to 9.

Event attendees will receive more information on how to purchase their discounted Cardinals tickets upon basket reservation.
